VIDYA referral and affiliate program

Great things are meant to be shared, such as a life-changing yoga course or a school that truly honors the practice. That’s why we created the VIDYA referral and affiliate program, a simple way to share what you love and get rewarded for it.
Whether you’re a student or a school, your recommendation helps others find honest, safe, and respectful yoga education in India and puts something back in your pocket (or karma account).

1. For students

You came. You practiced. You grew. Now tell your friends.

Here's how it works:

  • Share your unique referral link with friends, classmates, or your Instagram community.
  • When someone books a course using your link, you both get rewarded.
  • Rewards come in the form of cash, vouchers, credit, or donation to a yoga-based non-profit of your choice.

What you earn:

  • USD 20 –USD 40 per booking (depending on course type)
  • Track your referrals in your dashboard (coming soon)
  • Use your credit for future VIDYA-hosted retreats or services

This opportunity is open to anyone who has taken a course listed on VIDYA, as firsthand experience is valued.

2. For yoga schools

Your alumni are your best ambassadors. Let’s help them help you.
Every student who loved their course is a potential advocate and a potential referral partner.

What you get:

  • A referral dashboard to see who’s referring whom
  • Flexible reward options: commission, donation, or course discounts
  • Visibility boosts for schools with high referral activity
  • Optional onboarding to set up your own branded referral page

You can also:

  • Join VIDYA as an affiliate partner, promote the platform itself, and earn for every new student or school you refer
  • Become a founding circle referrer and unlock higher tiers (limited time)

We offer direct transfer, UPI, or PayPal. Credit options are also available.
