This 3-day workshop is designed for yoga students and enthusiasts willing to understand Ashtanga in a steady and practical way.
The workshop is open to all levels, whether you’re beginning your journey, returning after a break, or already practising regularly.
Across Mysore-style practice, breathwork (pranayama), technique sessions, and open conversations, this space allows you to learn at your own pace with personal guidance.

Students new to Mysore-style and looking for proper guidance.

All levels are welcome. No prior Ashtanga experience required.

About the Teacher — Sachin Badoni

Sachin Badoni has been practising yoga for over 15 years and teaching for more than a decade. Born and raised in Rishikesh, he grew up close to the traditional roots of yoga and began his practice at a young age. He holds an ERYT-500, a Postgraduate Diploma in Yoga, and a Master's degree in Yoga. After teaching in well-known ashrams in Rishikesh, he travelled across India to study with respected teachers and refine his understanding. Sachin is a KPJAYI Level 1 authorised Ashtanga teacher who has completed Mysore studies with Sharath Jois. He is known for his clear, steady and grounded approach to practice.
