You must be at least 18 years old to create a student profile or register a yoga school. All users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

By listing your school on VIDYA, you agree:

• All course and teacher information is accurate and regularly updated

• You have the legal right to operate and offer training in your location

• You'll respect our shared mission of honesty, cultural respect, and safety

VIDYA reserves the right to remove or suspend listings that don't meet our values or guidelines.

VIDYA helps you discover and compare yoga schools. We do not run the courses or process your final payment unless stated otherwise...

Do your homework, ask questions, and travel with care.

Some courses listed on VIDYA allow you to pay a deposit directly through our platform, typically 25% of the total course fee.

• VIDYA keeps a service fee (our commission)

• The remaining amount is forwarded to the yoga school

• The balance of the course fee is paid directly to the school

Our commission is flexible and depends on the support and features chosen by each school, including visibility, onboarding help, and other services. All schools are aware of the terms when they choose to list with us.

Before making a payment, always confirm the total course cost, what's included, and the school's cancellation policy. If something feels unclear, please don't hesitate to ask; we're happy to help at namaste@vidyayoga.co.

Cancellation and refund policies vary by school. VIDYA does not offer a platform-wide guarantee. Make sure you review the school's terms before booking.

By using VIDYA, you agree to treat other users, including schools and students, with respect and courtesy. We don't tolerate harassment, discrimination, or exploitation of any kind.

If you experience or witness inappropriate behavior, let us know.

All content you submit (images, bios, course details) must be your own or have permission. VIDYA reserves the right to edit or remove content that misleads or infringes upon copyright laws.

VIDYA is a platform, not a yoga school, travel agency, or certification body. We do not guarantee the outcome or experience of any course listed on our site. Our role is to help you make informed, safe, and respectful choices by providing access to honest information and verified school listings. The final decision is yours.

While we are not a course provider, we may occasionally organize our own retreats, community immersions, or special events. When that's the case, it will be clearly stated on the event page, along with the specific terms and conditions that apply.

Whether you're booking through a listed school or joining a VIDYA-hosted experience, our aim is the same: to support meaningful, transparent, and enriching yoga journeys.

We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. If there are significant changes, we'll notify you.

The laws of India govern this agreement. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
